• Contact form: When you use the contact form, the information you enter (name, email address, company, phone number and message) is processed locally in your browser. The form does not transmit or store this information on our website servers. When you submit the form, your default email application is opened with a pre-filled email. The email is only transmitted once you send it through your email application. The subsequent processing of the email is subject to the usual processing involved in email communication.
• Technical data: When you access the website, your browser automatically transmits technical information such as IP address, browser type, and access time. This data is used only to ensure the website's functionality and security.

Hosting and server log data

This website is hosted using Lovable infrastructure. When you access the website, technically necessary data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the requested resource, the date and time of access and similar server log information may be processed in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically necessary operation and security of the website). The contents of the contact form are not transmitted to the hosting provider; the form remains entirely in your browser and hands over to your email application.

Third-party services

We use Calendly for appointment scheduling. Calendly is opened only after you actively click the booking link, and it opens in a new browser tab. When you book a meeting, Calendly's privacy policy applies. Please review it at calendly.com/legal/privacy.

Storage duration

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
